Once I tried breakfast bowls, I was hooked! From that moment on I’m always on the look out for new delicious recipes of new bowls to try. This bowl is great in the morning, or as a healthy dessert option.
I use a Vitamix to blend, which requires a larger portion of ingredients in order for it to blend successfully. Reduce the amounts if you’re using a smaller blender. I usually eat half of what I make and refrigerate the rest for later.
Chocolate Banana Cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 bananas
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 4-5 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon of your preferred sweetener (I used honey)
- Cut up strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Shredded coconut
- Sliced almonds
